FALL

(September-October)

The Fall Program is when we really begin to gear up for the upcoming season. All workouts will contain some aspects of conditioning. Basic skill work (ball handling, shooting, passing, game strategy) will continue to be addressed in every workout. We want to develop a level of confidence in the player so that when they move into their winter seasons they are fully prepared and in shape. Programs available will be Individual Training, Small Group Workouts, Open Gyms, and Skill Clinics.
