SMALL GROUP WORKOUTS

Small Group Workouts will be prevalent during the Spring, Summer, and Fall Programs. These workouts will be 4-6 kids within a two-grade range normally (ie. 4th/5th, 6th/7th, etc.). These workouts will address all different aspects of the game from ball handling, passing, shooting, conditioning, and game strategy. We will play 1on1, 2on2, or 3on3 in these workouts, as we want kids to apply what they are learning in a pressure situation with someone guarding them.

If you have 4-6 kids that would like to create their own group, please contact Ross and we can set up a time. There will also be groups available for signup on an individual basis.
