SPRING

(March-May)

The Spring Program represents the initial phase in the offseason training program, and it establishes the base for how you can improve and what you can become as a player. Basic conditioning must be reestablished after a long season, and all parts of your game must be evaluated and critiqued in order to find a suitable road map for your progression as a basketball player leading in to the next season. Spring classes will consist mainly of small group and individual workouts, with occasional open gyms. This mix allows players to address their strengths and weaknesses as a player in a small group setting, and then apply what they have learned in a 3on3, 4on4, or 5on5 setting.
