WINTER
(November-February)
The winter phase of training offers supplemental skill sessions to go with your team practices and games. It will rely heavily on skill development like shooting, passing, and ball handling – many of the things that lack attention during the course of your daily or weekly team practice. It is a great way to refine your fundamentals so that you are ready to perform at a high level when the game comes. Programs available will be Skill Clinics, Small Group Workouts, and Individual Training.
